Those episodes he's accused of are not ongoing things that one should rationally live in fear of. They are unrepeated, errant remarks and there was none of the follow on that would cause any concern, which probably explains why they went unreported for so long. Remember, none of these women claim any effects other than being made "uncomfortable". Well hell, everyone makes remarks that make people feel uncomfortable, which is not good and sufficient cause for heightened concern.
