No good, you don't get off suicide watch by simply saying that your first life threatening incident was an attempted murder and not an attempted suicide. Reading on the net one can easily see that almost everyone knowledgeable wass of the opinion that Epstein would never live to make it to a trial. We all expected him to die and have it claimed to be a suicide. Why would we think this? It's because we have seen it dozens of time before. Every time someone has "interesting information" that threatens powerful, highly placed people, the subject decides to commit suicide and they always manage to accomplish this, no matter how closely they are supposed to be watched. The watchers always somehow fail. It's such a shopworn narrative one gets tired of seeing it playout.

One way to do it, since he had no medical skills or prison knowledge, is to pay off someone to arrange something for him. He did have control of a very large fortune to deal with as well as the means and method to call in "chips".
