If they can assure that they won't ever need public assistance, they are not "tired or poor". Refugees who come here seeking to "breath free" has nothing to do with their funds. They come and like any other American they seek work, work hard and take their chances at achieving success. Oh, but "they came from Europe", explains everything. Clearly our racist CinC is appointing like minded racists as well. Under this new policy even those Europeans could not get in.
