It is truly shocking to hear a court of law rule, essentially:
"No matter how obviously false and ridiculous a lie is
it deserves to be given serious consideration regardless
of what harm may be done while waiting for a decision."
This is not just amazingly shocking, but also dangerous and
debilitating to the faith the public places in the Courts.
