QUESTION:
What section of the U.S. Law makes those deportees eligible for life
sentences without possibility of parole?  Because, if there is no such
law, no such violation of any such law, then their confinement, as arranged
by the Trump Administation is cruel and unusual punishment.  If it shoud,
therefore, require U.S. Military action, there is no reason that it should not
be taken to arrest a criminal enterprise that is in contravention to U.S. Law.
