WATCH: Whitmer REFUSES To Stand By Harris' Price-Gouging Ban

There's a big difference between "price controls" and  
"price gouging prohibitions", the difference is that "gouging" means
that prices are unnecessarily high judged by the data collected.
whereas "price controls" is a method of controlling prices without
regard to pricing data product by product.
