Of course Bannon — a poor man with a "IGGMS" (I'm gonna get me some!")
attitude —is going to pander and scheme his way around the wealthy.
His hope is that the film will scare the secretly complicit enough to
shake loose some cash or favors or bring the truly complicit to his
side or put them under his thumb. Either way it's a win for him as
long as no one actually knows what he has.
