Dianne Feinstein Appears To Have Forgotten She Was Absent From Congress

The problem is technical, she is the only one who can vote, anyone

else, a replacement or newly elected can be blocked from voting

by Republicans according to the rules.  Republicans already

have blocked her ability to vote absentee or by proxy.  I get this

from what Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse has posted.
