I've since noted that as Hawley is coming down the stairs (he's identifiable by his red tie) there is a woman in front of him. But, when he's seen running across the hall that woman, who was in front of him on the stairs and moving slowly, is nowhere to be seen. Because she was moving slower I have to presume that she was still on or at the foot of the stairs and that Hawley had to somehow pass her. Now Hawley is trying to deny having run. Wouldn't it be a "kick in the head" to have that woman in the red jacket come forward and say: "That Hawley fella brutally shoved me aside in his mad scramble to safety.", hahaha that would be the final nail in the Hawley political coffin.
