Hey people, google "adverse interest", when your employer is telling you that you need neither more pay and/or benefits and that you do not need to organize to get them, you are listening to a party at adverse interest to your cause. Very few employers take better care of their employees than a union could demand. "Adverse interest" is your employer telling you that is not true.
