The very best pro se defense that should be taught in law schools is one we heard on Perry Mason where Perry was merely a defense consultant because the guy wanted to defend himself so when he managed to catch the witness in a lie, he lept to his feet in front of the jury and exclaimed: "The witness lied, he could not possibly have identified me because I was wearing a mask!" Needless to say the jury voted as expected. LOL!
