Question: Why does the Supreme Court insist that people have a right to make the workplace dangerous for all?
It was the government's job to do what individual people, either / consumers or customers can't do themselves: Prevent monopolization of market sectors. The government has failed to prevent consortiums/investment bankers from driving competition from the marketplace. If you wanted to open a meat packer for instance you would be unable to compete with the biggies because they control prices and have the financial muscle to hamper you in many different ways, not to mention political power, which appears to be for sale to the many politician stock buyers/investors who then become stakeholders in reducing competition.
