Joseph Nye | Are we seeing the end of the American liberal order?

Professor Nye gives an excellent lecture; you'll no doubt notice that his audience is neither restless, agitated nor bored, but calm and intensely interested as well will you also be.  

I think we enjoy the way Prof.Nye uses the science of politics rather than attempt to be just another Shaman of Political Science, where they try to create a "school" rather than allow their discoveries/offers to do that on their own.

How well we remember the "Project for the New American Century" (P.N.A.C,) which required a "new Pearl Harbor" to kick off its idea of becoming a "global Constabulary astride the world"
