I tried to stay out of this but yesterday I caught a glimpse of some footage. It seems to me that Rittenhouse has a loping gait as if he wasn't really trying to get away from the guy chasing him but was instead allowing himself to be caught. What that might mean I'll leave to others who have watched the case closely.
