One of the richest men in the world worth tens of billions of dollars with more pouring in by the second gets a 4,000 dollar child tax credit.  Yet, if you were to win just a few thousand dollars by lottery, for example, you get hit with a heavy "windfall" tax penalty.  Go figure.  Can anyone explain to me why a billionaire would need a $4,000 tax credit to make ends meet?  I would love to hear the answer.  You do realize that the people who have to make up for the taxes these billionaires don't pay, is those actually having trouble making ends meet.
