Trump Successor Wages Dangerous War

Unfortunately Mr. DeSantis your law is Unconstitutional because it impacts the free speech of the people who own the platform.  They are independent purveyors of a platform they have the right to control.  Membership has the right to go elsewhere, but they have no right to use the platform without the owner's consent.  In a court of law, your law will be voided.

DeSantis and his Republican cohorts seem to think they can write whatever laws they like, fortunately, that is not the truth, laws must obey and conform to both state and federal Constitutional mandates.  Many of their attempts to suppress voting are not Constitutional and will therefore fail upon challenge.
