Just as I thought it was premeditated murder, consider that she knew she was firing her weapon because of the big difference between the gun and the 8 ounce tazer.  Knowing she had a gun in her hand and was going to fire it, she makes the contrived shout "tazer, tazer, tazer" and action that has to flow from a plan whose intention is to cover a criminal act.  She had planned this crime before and now she was carrying it out.
