I wish the Chairperson would have the member who interrupts removed from the chamber until the speaker is finished speaking.  I'd love to see Jordan ushered out for interrupting and watch him fume on being allowed to return after the speaker is done.  It's more than fair and beneficial to every speaker to know that they cannot be so egregiously interrupted time and again by these malodorous offenders.
