These fools do not realize that they are advocating for a totalitarian government, one that will be free to allow white supremacists to gain and hold powers; that they can then delegate to other people.  People whose extreme views led to the kind of catastrophe that happened in pre-war Germany. If you've followed the history of how that tragedy unfolded, you realize that no one came out and told the public what they intended to do in so many words. The hate-filled rhetoric was there for all to see, for sure, just as it is here, then the machinations that gave rise to the holocaust happened in the quiet offices where extremists were appointed to positions of power. On that, the public had no say or knowledge.
