When Baden said George wasn't breathing, what he meant was that George wasn't breathing effectively.  If you are pulling air into your lungs and expelling it, but you are not completing the functions of breathing by doing so, you are not breathing.  You are simply pulling air in and expelling it, not oxygenating blood and removing Co2 which is what "breathing" means. So the argument is merely one of semantics. George Floyd wasn't breathing.
