While there is no evidence that George Floyd was under the influence of any drugs, in the views afforded by the video materials, he certainly does not engage in any resistance, let alone any life-threatening resistance. I would therefore posit that it is much more likely that the police were under the influence of some heavy paranoid-inducing drugs.
