'The worst president ever. Period': Cuomo unloads on Trump

For my money, no president who is a "unindicted co-conspirator", who may be guilty of crimes, should not have any pardon powers other than "provisional" powers.  Meaning that if the President is later convicted of having committed a crime earlier, would have, any pardons issued past the point of his crime, reversed.  No criminal should have the power to pardon any other criminal or would be criminal.
