Incitement: Is the President Guilty of Inciting the Riot?

One has to take into account that the President will have legal advisors who will tell him what he can and cannot say.  He will also have political strategists who will tell him how to whip the crowd into a heated frenzy, without putting himself at risk via his language.  The fact of the matter is that the President insisted on the crowd being aggrieved about a lie and he made it seem that the "steal" could be set right, if only Mike Pence and other Republicans in the Senate, could be convinced to change the vote count (yet another lie).  He also knew that the mob was armed and that there was nothing they could do by marching to the Capitol, except fester and stew in their frustration.  Creating a situation, built on lies, that was more than likely to result in somekind of physical actions.  Worse yet is that as President,  his appointees would be of a kind to figure out what he wanted and do it, without him having to say it. (According to his former lawyer M. Cohen).
