This is extremely poor reporting. As if we don't know that other countries that have lesser economies than ours, took over and gave 100, 90, or 80% of the pay of people who stayed home.  The "Cares Act", was good, but it was by no means as big a help as other countries provided their citizens.  Democracy Now often has poor reportings.
