So, big tax refunds don't go to people raking it in hand over fist, they go to people losing it.  Now we discover that Mr. "Don't look at my taxes" has a  secret Chinese bank account that he drew millions of dollars out of years ago.  Xi doesn't let people take money out of China unless they're very, very friendly eh?
