How can the military define it mission(s) in the face of the turmoil and uncertainty of a President without credibility?  They must be just marking time,  following their routines, in hopes that leadership will change and they can begin to pick up the pieces of their former missions.  Knowing that the good faith and good will of the partners/allies cannot be won back, but only temporarily restored from election to election.  Never again will America be handed trust without reservations.
