Barr explains why the Senate didn't impeach- it's the law!

Wow, what a great collection of material for Trump's next Campaign speech, eh?  How can he miss?  He didn't commit obstruction of justice because none of his efforts to do so worked!  Boy, oh boy, now he can show that he was innocent and the terrible Democrat efforts to impeach him were rightly refused by the Senate Republicans who know the law!  Right???  He needs to put this stuff in a fiery campaign speech right away!  {Hahaha}
