The usual Republican attempt to step out front and gum up the works with a useless bill that, in reality, does little to nothing but sound important.  We're way too use to this kind of obstruction, where they claim to be against the good bill because they want to "improve" it, meaning they want to water it down and, if possible, remove it's most important features.  Nice try Moscow Mitch.
