What we learned about Biden's Senate offices in the 1990s

Well, that seems to be about it for her claims.  Biden wasn't known as the kind of guy women had to worry about.  The location of the claimed assault was not a private place, making it much more likely that a scandal of some importance could ensue, why would a guy like Biden suddenly turn sexually aggressive in a public area?  Doesn't seem either likely or rational.
