Excessive Force Pandemic - A Critical Need for Change
I'm in favor of requiring Police departments to be certified by the Justice department, probably the FBI not only as a way to be sure that these depts have qualified protocols and personnel, but to end this game of police getting drummed off of one city, county or state force, only to move to another area and once again become an officer of the law.
