Chris Hayes: U.S. Faces Three Dire Crises Right Now | All In | MSNBC

Try to imagine 5,700 people riding our crowded subways and busses several times a day. Walking along our crowded sidewalks, visiting our crowded restaurants, office buildings and government offices.  Even if they are not coughing or sneezing they are depositing viruses on hard surfaces, dollar bills, coins and charge cards, where they can survive for 72 hours or more.  The potential numbers of people those 5,700 could infect in a day in New York city is staggering.  Likely we're going to discover cases running into the millions of people in very short order.
