Sorry, I've seen these reports and I never have found one that I could believe, the emotions are just all wrong. Michael comes across as a truth teller, he has none of the traits that a liar or deceiver would display. No contrivances and the numbers are totally out of wack with what real predators actually have around. The whole thing just lacks the feeling of anything criminal. $300 to buy her silence? Whose kidding who? It's laughable that someone with billions would pay someone less than their weeks salary for silence. These people need to fold up their tents and go home.

What this means is, it's up to the people now to tell Congress whether or not they want to keep America as a Constitutional Republic, or if they want to move over to an authoritarian rule. Congress (read Republicans) is/are okay with voting in a dictatorship if it means they can keep their seats for another term, or as long as they keep their mouths shut and tow the party line. So, if "we the people" say nothing, then dictatorship it is!

Hahaha; "Moscow Mitch"! Putin isn't trying to subvert our democracy, Puting HAS subverted our democracy. If only, but there is speculation that Epstein was no fool, he knew what he was doing and so, to protect himself he surrounded himself with important people. Some of whom he was able to compromise with innocent offers of accommodation, like use of his private jet, or properties, while he was also able to connect with some who were, shall we say: "like minded" individuals who would take full advantage of his "hospitality".
Accepting travel on his jet is one thing, especially if one were to see that there were underaged females on board. He'd have to keep that kind of thing out of sight until there was no turning back. But it is troubling that anyone would both know about things and still want to be in his company in private settings. That would be like hanging out with "Don Corleone", you just wouldn't want to do that.

Of course, you couldn't keep this up for but so long, before these powerful people would find some way to neutralize you and that's probably where Bill Barr comes in. According to this theory he'd be the new "catch and kill" guy. We've seen things like this before, Mme. Palfrey's black book, we can theorize, contains so much valuable information, that keeping it secret would be a great new source of power for anyone with that special knowledge. Hardly a wonder that it's contents are still being kept secret.
If this is the case, Epstein is toast, that is, unless he has a fall back plan in place. That would be where he still retains the power to cause the release of the kompromat he's collected over the years. In which case he won't be so badly treated. What they like to do is hit him hard, in public, with a long harsh prison sentence, then later when things quiet down and the public is distracted, they come back and soften things a bit, to see if anyone's watching. Epstein has to play along because it's the only way out. Doing anything else would bring down the whole house of cards and put all the players in the jackpot.

Can you just imagine how Dershowitz would panic at the merest suggestion that he was wearing his underwear in the presence of an underaged "masseuse"? Of course, now things have changed, these important people, who ever they may be, have Barr in the cat bird seat, to protect them, in the same way that we never got to see Mme. Palfrey's black book. If Epstein has some kind of workaround to prevent them from killing his evidence, then we may yet again see him get a sweetheart deal of some kind. Of course this is just speculation on my part, but hey, none of what I'm speculating about would work if we knew what it was, eh?
