Republican "GET OUT OF JAIL FREE SCHEME???
The Republicans have been planning for quite some time how to create the "Get out of jail free" cards they needed to accomplish the tasks they have been trying to do for some time.
They knew that much of their to do lists was illegal. So, while some of them were gerrymandering and purging voters others were either voiding laws or appointing Judges and Prosecutors.
We saw an iteration of this when the attempt was made to prosecute Jack Abramoff in the Marianna's, for aiding slave labor practices, Bush 43 took out the Prosecutor who was working the case and replaced him with a prosecutor who could not work the case because of a conflict prohibition.
I have to imagine that they have populated the benches of the nation with many judges sympathetic to their causes.

Okay, today we learn that Trump's stupid lawyers may have engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct justice by having Manafort make a deal, not to obtain a lighter sentence by helping Mueller, but to get inside the investigation and relay that info out, thru his lawyers to help the W.H. damage the investigation. That, if true, would make them all guilty of obstruction of justice. Here:

Support 4 Trump is Support 4 Putin!
It sure baffles me that, because Trump is keeping secret his dealings with Putin, all that we do know says that Putin is up to no good. What that means, to anyone with two brain cells to rub together is, support for Trump; under these conditions, is support for Russia and Putin's plans.
If Mr. Trump's interaction with Putin is innocent, there's no reason the government shouldn't know about it. Only if those interactions are nefarious, would there be any reason to keep them from the government. So now his base and his party are all working for Putin and have put America last
The people we have elected to run the country for us are, instead, running it for themselves. The most important thing for them is holding onto their offices. They now put that above all else. That's why we're getting such bad results! Unless and until we find a way to make office holders more accountable to the people and less about just holding onto the office, we are going to wind up with a dictatorship. We seriously need the right to recall public officials when they advocate things that most of the nation objects to. Thus would they be required to explain themselves and not engage in things like they did with the passage of the "Patriots Act". (Google 4 "Passage of the Patriots Act")

Karma Catches Up To County Official Who Called Michelle Obama An Ape In ...
.Hahaha serves her right! But his point is frightening, to say the least. Some one else needs to go to jail for rehiring her. A detective once told me that very many financial crimes are committed by people on the inside. They work by having some fall guy take the blame for a share of the loot.
With that in mind, it very well seems she was hired again and again, just to steal so they could split the loot. That could explain how this continues to happen. Because she's a woman she isn't likely to get much time as a rule. Maybe this time things will be different but Judges are still predisposed to go easy on women. But, with this Administration being so corrupt, I wouldn't put it pass them to have a "friendly" prosecutor on the beat, to plea bargain down the charges so that the fall guys/gals could get out of jail in time to make Happy Hour.

This is one of thirty people Trump gave security clearances to, as if they were some sort of candy. We have an ignorant loon dealing haphazardly with the nation's life and death security matters. Trump may think that his dealings with Russia is simply about business and a chance to make a few bucks. He doesn't realize that this is serious business and that many dedicated people are putting their lives on the line for our national security. The same national security he is playing his childish games with. Look at how, in the long term, his disastrous handling of our hard won treaties, has made nuclear proliferation practically a must. The next few generations coming along are going to have a very dangerous and unstable world to live in. For that reason alone he deserves to be imprisoned for the rest of his life
