"Make their case in court"??? How can they be expected to even think of a court case when an official government notice appears to say that doctors will no longer be able to render treatments? I have to wonder that, if he was on a respirator himself and he was told that because his payment was overdue, his electricity would be cut off. Anyone think he'd be able to think in terms of filing a court case?
Less people for whom english is barely a second language and knowledge of our legal system is scarce indeed, coming from countries where government orders/notices are not subject to appeals.
