Of course he won't resign, there haven't been any consequences so why should any of Trump's appointee's resign? Besides it looks bad when they exhibit any shame or embarrassment at their flubs, mistakes and lies so why do it? As long as nobody can seem to do anything about whatever the Trump adm. does, he sure has reason to believe that he's immune to it all.
