No one is calling for the release of all Presidential phone calls, what they're getting is a transcript released by the President to make it appear that there's nothing to the complaint.  If any Presidential phone calls are at risk, they would only be the ones that cause a complaint to be generated.  But, we already know that legislators always take whatever view of language serves them self. If it's imprecise or precision, it only matters which view serves their present notions. Unfortunately for the grifters, we the people know which view to take regardless.
