Special counsel's team hesitant about Mueller testifying publicly

The time for deals with Barr has passed. He has disrespected the Congress with his lies and flippant remarks addressed to The Speaker of the House of Representatives, saying "Have you brought your handcuffs?" As serious as these matters are, as important as the Constitutional crisis he and this President has caused by flagrant resistance to Congressional oversight, an example/demonstration of Congressional power is in order.
