Trump THROWS A FIT in Court at Closing Argument

The Trump legal team has lost every shred of credibility because of their
performance motions and actions, especially those that should never have
been brought because they are so insanely improper that there is no way
to defend them. Now they make empty claims that a decision in this case
will alter the business of every financial effort in New York, we cannot
believe they are not making more of the same empty claims we have
been hearing them make all along. Sorry, Trump, you lose again!

Nancy Pelosi blasts Trump for bashing Obamacare, says health a top issue...

Besides saying "Who knew healthcare was so complicated", Trump did
nothing for anyone's healthcare except attempt to destroy and take away
whatever healthcare people had with no plan or idea of how to make
any such plan, to replace what he intended to destroy.  Yet, like the
leader of a cult, people take it on faith and without any shred of evidence
that Trump might actually be able to do any of the things he's constantly
bragging about. He has the best words he says as he mispronounces
and illiterates, he's going to do this, he's going to do that and it's going
to be better than ever and cost less, in the end, he does nothing but
talk, talk, talk but nothing ever gets done.

DeSantis Loses. Prosecutor suit reinstated

A federal appeals court has reinstated a First Amendment lawsuit filed by former Tampa-area reform prosecutor Andrew Warren against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and now the DeSantis administration will have to argue that Warren's job performance, not his ideology, was the controlling factor behind Warren's removal from office.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled today that a lower district court erred when it dismissed Warren's lawsuit last January despite finding that DeSantis violated Warren's First Amendment rights by suspending him from office for protected speech. READ MORE

It should be uber informative that the Founding Fathers said that it was
their purpose that America should never have a king ever again!  That
precludes anyone from having absolute power.

As the demand for freshwater becomes more acute the need to begin flood
water capture increases exponentially.  Using dikes, spillways, cisterns
and siphons water is moved over hundreds of miles already, but with
today's climate change we now need to step up our game for residential
and agricultural reasons.

Coup-murder bombshell: Trump Lawyer says POTUS may order ‘SEAL Team 6’ t...

What it boils down to is: Without enforcement, there is no law.
You can write all the do's and don'ts you want, but if there is no
penalty or sanction for violating those writings they are just notes,
listings, opinions advisories, or anything else but a law.

MUST-SEE: Pro-Trump official goes down IN FLAMES on national TV

It is abundantly clear that Jay Ashcroft needs to learn what he's talking about
as evidenced by his attempts to keep changing the subject and avoid answering
the questions.  When people know what they are talking about they answer
question as they arise and have no need to obfuscate, dodge, or disseminate.
In short, he's just another Republican performance clown, not a statesman.

Once again the church makes up hurtful decrees about things it either does
not understand or does not care about, for a couple fighting infertility issues
surrogacy offers them hope of having a genetic legacy, just like almost everyone
else.  The church saw benefits in abortion bans, just as they saw benefits
in slavery which they promoted and tried to control.  When will we learn
to stop picking on people and things just because they are useful to those
in positions of power? It seem that as a general rule if you don't have a
broad constituency some politician or priest or other bigot, fool, or clownish
performance artist will seek to use your plight to scapegoat you
for their own gain. Fighting for freedom for all means coming to the aid
of those under attack unfairly.

'The Constitution disqualifies Trump': Famed conservative judge predicts...

The USSC is rather hamstrung because any ruling in Trump's favor will
dramatically change the way America is able to function in light of
Constitutional law, it will also mean that there are no more "Perks" for
the court since they will no longer be either needed or effective. Thomas
may very well have to repay his loans and Alito gets no more fishing trips.
The courts become captive rubber stamps of the executive and that's it.
The fact that the court is moving so fast means they recognize that the
issue is critical for Constitutional reasons, which means they are aware
that an error will impact every facet of the democratic republic.  I sincerely
doubt they will want to change that as things are complex enough as it is.
Further, they won't want to hand over their own hard-won power to a
new dictator whom they will appoint by ruling in error.
