to help. This forfeiture of trust worldwide means we will not be able

But China's interests are at odds with Russia's welfare.
China needs a place to mine and refine toxic rare earth elements and Russia,
with its large land mass, is ideal for China's industrial needs. Therefore
a Ukraine war weakened Russia, financially dependent upon China is
exactly what Xi is seeking. He uses the excuse of not wanting to harm his
trade with the U.S. to deny Putin war supplies while watching the
tyrannosaur lay incapacitated and dying, for it's large store of meat. lol!

Elon Musk's Plan for the US National Debt.
He doesn't seem to know that not all government spending is wasted or available
to be cut. Social Security, he should know, has nothing to do with the
deficit or the debt, it is paid for by workers for the promise of being paid
back from the funds collected in a separate tax schedule. Other "waste"
he will find is impossible to cut because the protective political forces
are just too great. He knows nothing about gov't, or politics or even
policy so how is he going to do anything useful? He'll just make
more clownish mistakes like he did by blowing up the budget deal,
which had to be reversed.

A real leader would have known that the risks of turmoil, chaos and
instability were too great when his party holds such a slim majority.
So he would have quickly overruled Musk and let the bipartisan bill
