What the hell is this?  Are we living in the 16th Century where we don't know any better?  We haven't come through the 2nd WW and we don't know how dictatorships and authoritarians operate? We have only the word of the accused by which to judge his or her conduct?  Really?  We cannot reason things out on our own without the help of the suspects?  Perhaps we should go back to throwing the accused in a lake and if they float they're innocent, eh?  Please, give me a break, this is getting really tiresome.

The Sedition Act of 1918 (Pub.L. 65–150, 40 Stat. 553, enacted May 16, 1918) was an Act of the United States Congress that extended the Espionage Act of 1917 to cover a broader range of offenses, notably speech and the expression of opinion that cast the government or the war effort in a negative light or interfered with the sale of government bonds.[1] It forbade the use of "disloyal, profane, scurrilous, or abusive language" about the United States government, its flag, or its armed forces or that caused others to view the American government or its institutions with contempt. Those convicted under the act generally received sentences of imprisonment for five to 20 years.

Hopefully, the CDC preserves a  record of the corrections they have to make to clean up the mess Trump created, and perhaps send the Justice Dept. a copy of their report.

How Devin Nunes gets away with all this crap is beyond belief.

Oh wait, the shooter wasn't racist, he was merely a victim of the twinkies diet, you remember twinkies right?  Eat enough of them and you murder people like gays, blacks, and now Asians.  After they get rid of this cop who has made excuses for the shooter, they need to put the shooter under the jail.
