Trump Loses Tax Case As His Own SCOTUS Appointees Rule Against Him | MSNBC

The question I have is: Can a Congressional Committee conduct a criminal investigation?  If so, then by this ruling, they can get Trumps documents. I guess they can appoint a special prosecutor to do so?
