Oh yeah, he talked to Putin before he put this plan in motion. This is exactly how Putin would handle a protest demonstration, is why I guessed a while ago that this was Putin's plan, only to learn on the news that yep, he had talked to Vladimir first. We are in big trouble, his "mistakes/errors/crimes/etc., are actually tests, he's testing the democratic republic for the weaknesses he intends to exploit when he's voted out of office, or when he gets a second term.
