There's no way that Trump will ever stand aside and let anyone with expertise take over, we've already seen him sideline his own medical team. There were a few national leaders over the course of history who did not like academicians, scientists and experts, they were all self impressed dictators whose mistakes cost their nations and the world a hugh number of lives and treasure.
