Given the givens (see below), I doubt Joe is going to lose any Black voters for an errant comment made on a comedy show.  He might even gain a few.  This is not a time when one can, rationally, choose Trump for another term.  He's damaged the rule of law and our institutions will take decades to restore to their previous stature.  Another term and Trump will have politicized every aspect of government, making this a nation that cannot any longer sustain any semblance of a free and rule of law nation (a Republic).
