"IS", not "may be". Trump is fixing it so that government is meaningless. We are watching the machinations of a Banana Republic being put into play, frightened legislators, a corrupt Justice department, non functioning institutions filled with political hacks and sycophants, a captured military led by generals loyal to Herr President. America is finished prepare for the fall.
