What's coming through is the impression that Trump ordered the attack as payback for the demonstrations outside the Green Zone in Iraq. Of course who really knows what to think, since this administration has no credibility. America is ruined because the entire Republican party has been willing to surrender it's credibility to the alter of abject stupidity.
