He is not glued to the chair either, if he feels that what's taking place is a sham, that will be passed off as the constitutionally required "Trial", he does have the right to withdraw and not return until he is satisfied that his person and position will not be used to give the imprimatur of credibility to an illegal dismissal posing as a fair trial.
