Now we know of the "missing witness instruction", at law which allows for the jury to draw negative inferences from missing witnesses who are under the defendants control. These are extremely serious national matters affecting whether or not we actually remain a democratic republic or not. A free society with rule of law, or a nation under a King. Worse yet is that the King is partial to racism, fascism and nazi's whose white supremacy view are partial to genocide. We live in a dangerous time and Putin stands behind the construction of this mess. While we struggle among ourselves, Putin is free to gobble up weaker nations with impunity,
