Come on now Bloomie, you didn't pay any attention to the historical fact that such programs mistreated Blacks greatly and unfairly, until now that you need the Black vote. You now become contrite that you paid no attention to Black claims and pleas? You are sorry that your "beliefs" are now discovered to be wrong, but suspiciously because you need votes from the people whose complaints and pleas, backed by historical data and records, you now admit you should have been more "open minded"???
