Our intelligence has been little more than a joke since Trump began giving security clearances to people not qualified to have them. A foreign intelligence service can take a time, a place and an event and "triangulate" or translate that information into counterintelligence people and/or methods and render them dangerously ineffective. In a world where someone with a gun in the right place at the right time can do the work of an army. Or a mere sentence in a speech can mean the success or death of a republic etc. such that intel is no joke, it's critical high stress effort that turns on nuance and hunches. Trump is a wicked ball of confusion that cripples us.
